Delivery and Damage Policy
Delivery Time
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information the day after your order ships via Courier. Since the carrier won’t schedule a delivery appointment, please track your shipment using the tracking number(s) found on the label of each box. The number of boxes in your shipment will vary depending on your order (1-7 boxes).
Package Arrival
We recommend being present for delivery, but it’s not required. The driver will leave your package(s) in the nearest dry, accessible area. Please ensure a clear path for the truck. Upon delivery, verify that you received all boxes by comparing tracking numbers on the shipping labels to your confirmation email. If any boxes are missing, contact the carrier for assistance.
Inspecting Damages
Carefully inspect each box for any damage, such as corner dents, rips, or loose tape/staples. (Take photos of each box for your records.) Then, review the assembly manual and check that all listed parts are present and accounted for.
