Delivery Day Guidelines and Damage Inspection
Once Freight Leaves Our Facility
Your freight typically takes 4-8 business days for delivery, and tracking information will be sent the day after shipping via courier freight. The carrier does not schedule delivery appointments, so please track your shipment and print all tracking numbers (one per box). You may receive 1-7 boxes depending on the product.
Do I Need to Be Home for Delivery?
You don’t need to be home for delivery, but it’s recommended. Deliveries will be made to the closest dry area, so ensure a clear path for the truck and driver. Check off the tracking numbers and compare with the boxes received. If a box is missing, contact the carrier for support.
Adjustable Ladder
Walk around the boxes to check for any corner damages, rips, dents, and ensure the tape and staples are secured tightly. Inspect the assembly manual and take inventory of the included parts to ensure everything is accounted for. Please take pictures of the boxes.
