Delivery Guidelines and Damage Policy
On The Day Of The Delivery
The pergola will be delivered on a weekday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Please contact the carrier on the morning of the scheduled delivery to confirm their arrival time. Someone must be present at the delivery address to receive the shipment.
When The Truck Arrives
Before the delivery driver unloads the pergola, please check the shipping label to ensure your name and address are correct. Take photos of the package while it’s still on the truck. If there are any discrepancies with the shipping information, please contact us immediately.
How To Hand-Offload Your Pergola
Clear a path for easy truck access at the delivery site. Ensure the driver can unload within 15 minutes to avoid extra fees. The pergola kit is packed in a plywood crate with a removable lid and a lightly attached wall end for easy access. Most pieces weigh 30-50 lbs, so please have help available for unloading.

Inspecting Damages
Before signing the delivery receipt, take a few minutes to inspect the pergola for any damage. Note any damage on the receipt as “damaged” and take pictures for reference. Contact our customer support with any concerns. We will replace broken or damaged pieces if the delivery receipt is marked “damaged.” If the damage is extensive, you may refuse the delivery.
