The CH88P dining chair is an example of Hans J. Wegner’s exploration of materials. The elegant combination of upholstery, wood and steel shows Wegner’s ability to make minimalist forms appear soft and comfortable. Wegner originally developed the CH88P as a prototype with colored legs for the international Helsingborg Exhibition of 1955 in Sweden. In 2014, the chair went into production for the first time.
