Does the building come with a heating & cooling system?
Unfortunately, there is no optional heating and cooling system offered for this building at the moment. The manufacturer recommends installing a Mini Split system for those who wish to have heating and cooling capabilities. Prices for Mini Split systems start at around $500, varying based on the model.
Does the building come with flooring?
No, this building does not include flooring. It is designed similarly to our duramax vinyl sheds and insulated buildings, which only come with the foundation kit. For flooring, we recommend that customers install plywood. The preferred thickness can vary, but the manufacturer suggests using plywood with a 3/4” thickness for optimal results.
