Delivery Guidelines and Damage Policy
On The Day Of The Delivery
Please note that the carrier only delivers on weekdays between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. On the morning of the scheduled delivery, please call the carrier to confirm your shipment is on schedule. Someone must be present at the delivery address to receive the shipment.
When The Truck Arrives
While the unit is still on the truck, please verify that the shipping label correctly displays your name and address. If there are any discrepancies, please contact us immediately. Take pictures of the package while it’s on the truck. The driver will then use the liftgate to lower the skid to the ground, placing it either next to the truck or on the curbside.
Inspecting Damages
Before signing the delivery receipt, inspect the unit and note any damages. Take pictures of any damage, including the pallet, and call our customer support. We replace damaged pieces if “Damaged” is noted on the carrier’s receipt. If there’s catastrophic damage, such as multiple broken pieces and no plastic wrap, you can refuse delivery.
