Delivery Guidelines and Damage Policy

Delivery takes 4-8 business days after shipping. You’ll receive tracking information the next day. The carrier won’t schedule delivery, so track your shipment and print all tracking numbers (1 per box). Your order may arrive in 1-7 boxes.
Package Arrival
No need to be home for delivery, but it’s preferred. We’ll deliver to the nearest dry, accessible spot. Verify all boxes against your tracking numbers; if any are missing, contact the carrier.
